What happens if I don’t receive the prize?
Please allow at least 7 days for delivery of the prize, so that the host has sufficient time to arrange delivery. If, after 7 days, you have still not received the prize, in the first instance, please log on to your Raffilo dashboard, and click through to the chat function with your host, via Dashboard Tickets Manage. If your message to the host isn’t resolved within 48 hours, then please contact our dedicated Dispute Team, who will liaise with the host and request proof of delivery, and work to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
