Once we have confirmation from the winner that the prize has been received, we will make payment at the rate described in our terms and conditions. You can usually expect payment to be made within 48 hours of prize acceptance. If you have sent the prize, and the winner hasn’t changed the status to ‘accepted’, you may follow the link through from the raffle to the chat page, and remind them to do so. Should they fail to respond, we will endeavour to contact the winner to check on the status. We always recommend sending prizes as recorded delivery, so that you can provide proof of both sending and receiving.
