In order for the raffle to be enticing and fair, we require a minimum of 100 tickets to be made available for each draw. Draw dates set by the hosts are final, and will not be extended to reach this figure. If not enough tickets are sold to reach either 100, or the host's minimum threshold, the winner will not receive the prize(s), and instead receive 75% of the ticket sale revenue.
