I won a raffle - how will I receive my prize?

As we are a raffle platform, we are not responsible for the sending of prizes. It is the responsibility of the raffle host, and the winner to arrange delivery or collection of the prize. As our terms and conditions state, delivery must be made to the winner at no cost, so if you are hosting a raffle, please factor the delivery cost in to your ticket price. Please don’t forget to change the status of the prize once posted, as this helps avoid confusion and concern.
